To cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
For multi-session packages:
